How can organizations help professionals keep learning as digital technology changes how we work? Talks, a live demo and a hands-on workshop, hosted at Campus Biotech on 16 September at 17:30.

Lifelong Learning: The Human Side of Digital Transformation

Join us for the next session of the Bridging the Digital Divide event series at the Giga Connectivity Center, Campus Biotech, Geneva.
As digital technologies reshape how we work, collaborate and make decisions, a second digital divide is emerging: the gap between professionals who continuously develop the skills to understand and apply new technologies – and those struggling to keep pace. How can organizations build lifelong learning ecosystems that enable professionals to develop new knowledge, skills and capabilities throughout their careers?
Through expert insights, demos, hands-on experimentation, and peer exchange, we will explore how organizations can combine structured digital learning, learning by doing, and peer learning to support continuous adaptation.
Organized in collaboration with the Geneva Research Lab for Digital Impact (GRL), the Geneva Innovation Movement Association (GIM) and UNICEF’s Digital Impact Division.
